SHIPPING POLICY

At AndreaNicole.art, every artwork is created with care, time, and attention. Because many of our pieces are made to order, shipping times include both creation and delivery. This policy explains what to expect and how we handle shipping.
CREATION BEFORE SHIPPING
Many of our artworks are created especially for you.
This includes:
• Life Illustrated commissions
• Companion Portraits
• Framed artworks
• Made-to-order prints
Production begins once:
• your photo or order details are received
• any required approval stage is completed
Shipping times shown always assume prompt approval and suitable images being provided.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
In most cases, you can expect the following from the time your photo or order details are received:
• Original artwork only (unframed): approximately 7 to 13 working days
• Framed artworks: approximately 12 to 23 working days
These timeframes include both artwork creation and delivery.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees, as each piece is created by hand.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Once your artwork is complete:
• unframed works are carefully packaged and dispatched promptly
• framed artworks are sent to our professional framing studio before dispatch
We use tracked delivery services wherever possible. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available for many products. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
Please be aware:
• international deliveries may be subject to customs processing
• any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
If you are unsure before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.
PACKAGING & CARE
All artworks are packaged carefully to protect them in transit.
For framed artworks:
• acrylic safety glazing is used
• frames are wrapped securely
• corners and edges are protected
We recommend keeping all original packaging until you are happy with your order.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
• please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• include clear photographs of the damage
• retain all original packaging
If a parcel is delayed but not lost, this is not considered refundable.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
Occasionally delays may occur due to:
• late approvals
• image issues
• seasonal demand
• courier disruption
If production is expected to take longer than anticipated, we will always contact you and keep you informed.

If you are ordering for a gift or working to a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can advise on timing.
