Welcome to AndreaNicole.art. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

ABOUT US

AndreaNicole.art offers original artworks, fine art prints, and bespoke commissioned artwork, including Life Illustrated and Companion Portraits. Many of our products are made to order and created specifically for you.

USING OUR WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to attempt to access any systems or data without authorisation.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is received and confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• required information is missing

• uploaded images are unsuitable for production

• there is a pricing or technical error

• payment cannot be authorised

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

CUSTOM & BESPOKE ARTWORK

Life Illustrated and Companion Portraits are bespoke commissions created from photographs you upload.

Before final production:

• you will receive an approval stage

• you may request small refinements such as colour or tone adjustments

• full redraws or major compositional changes are not possible

If you choose not to proceed at the approval stage, a full refund is offered.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, it is considered fully bespoke and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the case of fault or damage.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & IMAGERY

We do our best to represent all artworks accurately.

Please note:

• colours may vary slightly between screen and print

• in situ room images are illustrative only and intended to help you visualise placement

• artwork scale and framing shown in lifestyle images may not reflect exact dimensions

These differences do not constitute a fault.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

DELIVERY & TIMESCALES

All artworks are created with care and take time to produce.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and assume:

• suitable images are supplied promptly

• approvals are given without delay

Delays caused by late approvals, image issues, or courier disruption are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

• bespoke commissions are refundable only up to the approval stage

• print-only non-custom artworks may be returned within 14 days if unused and undamaged

• framed artworks are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged

• damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Andrea Nicole unless otherwise stated.

Commissioned artwork is created for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AndreaNicole.art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
